This policy explains how arté, operated by BT Commercial Holding LLC ("arté", "we"), handles your information when you use arte-create.com.

What we collect

• Your artwork brief: the description, choices and any reference images you provide, and the artwork created from them.
• Order details: your name, email address, shipping address, chosen size and frame, and order history.
• Account details: if you create an account, your email address and sign-in information. If you shop as a guest, we keep a private guest session on your device so your artwork stays with you.
• Payment: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.

How we use it

To create your artwork, show you previews, take payment, calculate sales tax, print and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, provide support, and prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

• Stripe, for payments and sales tax.
• Our printing and fulfillment partner, which receives your artwork file, name and shipping address to print and deliver your order.
• Image creation and enhancement services, which process your brief and artwork to create and prepare the print file.
• Our hosting and email providers, which store data and send order emails.

We do not sell your personal information.

Your artwork stays private

Your artwork and reference images are stored privately and are not published on our site or in search results.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep order records as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle claims and meet legal and tax obligations. To ask for a copy of your information or for it to be deleted, email admin@arte-create.com.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed.
