Terms of service

These terms apply when you use arte-create.com, operated by BT Commercial Holding LLC ("arté", "we"). By creating artwork or placing an order, you agree to them.

Creating artwork

You provide a description and may upload reference images. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content. Artwork is created with image-generation technology from your description. We may decline to create or print content we consider unlawful, harmful or infringing.

Approval

Before you pay, you review your artwork and its exact framing at your chosen size. Your approval confirms that the preview is what you want printed. Colors may vary slightly between screens and the printed canvas.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Sales tax is calculated at checkout where it applies. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place your order. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping policy, and returns and refunds by our Returns policy. Custom artwork is final sale except as described there.

Edition of one

Each paid artwork receives a unique Artwork ID and a Certificate of Authenticity, and we do not sell the same artwork to anyone else. The printed canvas is for your personal use.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
